AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your personal situation.
You should not rely on PrimalScan for:
- Diagnosing or treating medical conditions
- Allergies or food intolerance decisions
- Pregnancy-related dietary decisions
- Eating disorders
- Food poisoning or emergency situations
- Medication, disease, or clinical nutrition advice
- Any urgent health or safety decision

3. User responsibility
You are responsible for your own food choices, dietary decisions, and actions based on information from the app.
PrimalScan does not guarantee health outcomes, body changes, weight changes, performance results, or any specific personal result.
4. AI accuracy
AI food analysis can be wrong.
The app may misidentify foods, ingredients, nutrition values, portion sizes, diet compatibility, or potential risks.
You should independently verify important information before relying on it.
5. Accounts
Some features may require an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that happens through your account.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass limits, abuse free trials, reverse engineer the app, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
6. Subscriptions
PrimalScan may offer premium subscriptions.
Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the end of the current billing period.
Pricing may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, promotions, and platform.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
If supported, you may restore purchases inside the app.
PrimalScan does not directly process refunds. Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

PrimalScan may limit free scans, AI coach messages, recipes, or other features.
Premium access may unlock additional or unlimited features depending on the current subscription offering.
We may update free limits, premium features, or pricing from time to time.
8. User content
You may upload food images, send AI requests, write messages, and submit corrections.
You are responsible for the content you provide.
You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
By submitting content, you allow PrimalScan to process it as needed to provide app features, AI analysis, support, safety, and app improvement.
9. Availability
We try to keep PrimalScan available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, bugs, third-party service issues, platform restrictions, or technical problems.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimalScan is not liable for personal dietary decisions, allergic reactions, food choices, health outcomes, inaccurate AI responses, lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages resulting from use of the app.
